The Lincoln-Way Vipers take pride in helping athletes continue their baseball and softball careers beyond high school. Over the past several years, our high school training and development program has continued to grow, with many Vipers moving on to compete at the college level across a variety of programs throughout the Midwest and beyond.
Vipers alumni have continued their careers at multiple levels, including NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and junior college programs. Many are not only earning opportunities at the next level, but also making an impact once they get there — earning honors, contributing to successful seasons, and etching their names in their respective school record books.
Our staff supports players throughout the recruiting process by helping them understand college options, identify programs that may be a good fit, communicate with coaches, and prepare for showcase, camp, and tournament opportunities. We also help athletes highlight their development through competitive schedules, player guidance, and honest feedback on what it takes to compete beyond high school.
With experience as former college players, coaches, instructors, and professional-level athletes, our baseball and softball staff is committed to helping Vipers players continue developing and pursue opportunities at the next level.
